These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tsuki Transfer Service and any related features we provide. By using the service you agree to follow these guidelines so playlist transfers remain safe for everyone.

Accessing or using Tsuki Transfer signifies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

Tsuki Transfer connects with Spotify and Apple Music through their official APIs and is subject to each platform’s respective terms. All trademarks, logos, and media belong to their original owners.

We are an independent tool. Tsuki Transfer is not affiliated with, maintained, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Spotify, Apple, or any other third party.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Spotify and Apple Music credentials. Only use Tsuki Transfer for lawful purposes and in accordance with the platform agreements you already have in place.

Tsuki Transfer and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use the service, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Consumers located in Germany may withdraw from these Terms within fourteen days without providing a reason. The withdrawal window begins the day you first access the service.

Sending your withdrawal notice before the fourteen-day period ends is sufficient to meet the deadline. Upon withdrawal we will refund any payments received within fourteen days of your notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms here and adjusting the updated date shown above.
